First Esther and Charlotte gave a quick introduction to MBTI. The following image shows the four dimensions where people's preferences differ:

Next, everyone took a very simple quick test to get an idea of what type they are. Esther asked the four questions in this image:

Finally, with our types 'defined' we divided up into four groups according to the temperament (NF/SJ/NT/SP) we 'belonged' to, and given the task to describe our ideal organization. Each group drew a picture for their ideal organization. Unfortunately I didn't get a photo of the SJ organization (Aino?), but here are the others:
